Night Prayer 

But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, long suffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.

Inspiration 

When we find ourselves angry or impatient, we must look to God as an example of compassion. How many times have we lost our way upon the path or righteousness and how many times has the temptation of various sins caused us to stumble? Our God has plenty of reasons to be irate and angry with us. Instead, He shows compassion and love. He is patient as we regain out footing in our walk with Him.

Prayer 

Dear Father, thank you for showing us mercy and compassion. Help us to show the same to others. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
