Congress has introduced a resolution under the Congressional Review Act (CRA), spurred by courageous Americans who exposed the appalling conditions migrant children face at the border. Now, we must stand together with these whistleblowers to block the Department of Health and Human Services' (HHS) harmful new rules from being implemented.
