Morning Prayer 

And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!

Inspiration 

Regret can consume us when we realize we've made a terrible mistake. Often, the outcome is irreversible, and there is no way to fix the problem. We say hurtful things to our children or make poor life choices. We destroy our financial status or damage our marriage. In these instances, we must ask forgiveness and move forward. We cannot move back or to the side, we can only move forward. God knows our mistakes before we make them and His plan for our lives consists of peace and happiness. We know He will lead us onward and work all things out for good.

Prayer 

Dear Lord, we have made mistakes that cannot be undone. We rest assured knowing You are present and will lead us forward. Although we may not see it yet, You will work all things out for good. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
