Night Prayer 

And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not wholly reap the corners of thy field, neither shalt thou gather the gleanings of thy harvest.

Inspiration 

Farmers left the corners of their fields unreaped to allow the needy to gather grain for their families. Ruth and her Mother-in-Law, Naomi, were both widowed and had no way to provide for themselves. They were able to collect grain and eat accordingly. Ruth went on to become an excellent example of love and devotion. God provides plenty and asks that we give sincerely to those in need. God needs us to take care of those experiencing seasons of trouble so they may go on to do good works in His name.

Prayer 

Dear Lord, we desire to remain alert for opportunities to help others as they experience troubling seasons. Please nurture our generosity for Your will. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
