Night Prayer 

Now the Lord had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.

Inspiration 

When we give our children rules, we expect them to obey! When they mistakenly break one, we redirect their focus to keep them safe. We love our children and want to protect them; God is our heavenly Father, and we surrender our desires to obey Him. He gives us instructions to avoid sin because it brings darkness into our lives that will cause us sorrow and misery. We are thankful to have a Lord and Savior who stops us in our tracks and redirects our direction. He will always lovingly protect us.

Prayer 

Dear Lord, we happily obey You because Your instructions lead us away from the world and closer to You. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Much worse than committing one's sins, God abhors those who do not acknowledge their mistakes or ask for the forgiveness of their transgressions. If you fail to embrace your mistakes, ask for forgiveness, or work towards positive change then you are in fact living a lie. We are born with sin, we learn, we grow, we reflect, we repent, and then we are reunited with our creator.

Failing to acknowledge our sins and working to repair our relationship with God is the real zombie apocalypse. We have turned our back on the Lord's light to become brain dead consumers without direction and free will.

This is how more than one tribe or city has perished in the past. So often the lie is even worse than the original transgression, for it is committed out of cowardice to answering for our own actions, or to hide from our own consciences our true selves.

Prayer

By becoming the lie, we lose ourselves. If your life is a lie, then the true you is dead....

Morning Prayer 

Arise; for this matter belongeth unto thee: we also will be with thee: be of good courage, and do it.

Inspiration 

We are encouraged to rise and take on the world! We are wrapped in spiritual armor and protected by the love of God. He is present with us every moment and will help us defeat sinful temptations that hinder our walk. Struggles and hardships are inevitable, yet, we have hope for a positive outcome because we know we will always have peace in the arms of our Heavenly Father. Our spirits are prepared for anything when we live in Christ!

Prayer 

Dear Lord, The world is full of sin and darkness. We battle temptations daily, yet we have nothing to fear. You are always present and active in our lives. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
