Night Prayer 

If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

Inspiration 

Have we ever thought about what a great father our God is? He is perfect in every way. We humans are full of sin and pride, yet we still manage to care for our children and bless them with gifts. If we can do this, despite our shortcomings, then surely we can have absolute confidence in God’s provision, care, and generosity.

Prayer 

Heavenly Father, thank You for being the perfect Father to me. Forgive me for the times that I’ve doubted that You would care for me. Even as I care for my own children I am reminded that You never grow weary, never forget anything, and Your love knows no limits. Help me to trust fully in Your provision and care. In Jesus’ name, amen.
