Night Prayer 

Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.

Inspiration 

Sometimes we feel like mere spectators while others do great things. We might even feel useless or forgotten. Yet even the common sparrow is not forgotten by God. We may not be able to tell one sparrow from the next, but God knows them each intimately and provides for all of them. Imagine then, how much more consideration He gives to each of us, who are made in His image.

Prayer 

Father, thank You for noticing me. When I compare myself to others, I sometimes forget how purposeful and attentive You are in caring for me. Thank you for the birds, who remind me every day of Your great and perfect love. I take comfort in knowing that in You I am never forgotten. In Jesus’ name, amen.
