Night Prayer 

Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

Inspiration 

At times, we all go through mourning. We lose loved ones, relationships, or even jobs and find ourselves weighed down by grief. Jesus promises that when we mourn, He will be there to comfort us. Grief and sadness subside in their time, but it is assuring to know that in the midst of them, we are not alone, as God himself remains near and weeps with us.

Prayer 

Lord, You are the God of all comfort, and I thank You for Your great love. As I wrestle with the grief of loss that weighs heavy on my heart, I pray that You would bring relief to my burden. Help me to bear my sorrow so that I may endure this season of mourning and take comfort in knowing that You are with me. In Jesus’ name, amen.
